- The Board of Advisors (ministry counsel, advice and sounding board for Peter and directors)
- The Board of Reference (people who can speak to Peter's calling, character, competence, and commitment to ministry)

The Board of Reference
"As I look back on my spiritual journey --- growing up and coming to Christ in Scotland, my days at the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, time at Willow Creek Community Church, my work in evangelism and Bible teaching with The Heralds Trust in Scotland, moving to Atlanta to pastor newly-formed Buckhead Community Church (later Cumberland Community Church) for seventeen years, studies with The Arrow Leadership Program and Gordon-Conwell Divinity School --- I see a thread running through all these years. That thread is the people who have shaped my life and whose lives I have shaped. No other group of people can speak to my calling, character, competence, and commitment to ministry like this group.
